本文研究主題為李斯特的作品《死之舞》鋼琴獨奏版。本文一共有四個章節，第一章說明本文的研究動機與目的及研究範圍與方法。第二章將對李斯特所處的時代背景特色-浪漫主義作瞭解，並探討李斯特的生平及其創作特色，討論其當時如何受到帕格尼尼、蕭邦、白遼士之影響。第三章將針對《死之舞》的創作背景及引用《末日經》之主題作探究，並對此曲形式的變奏曲式作概述，進而深入研究《死之舞》之樂曲分析與音樂詮釋。最後，第四章作簡潔的結論。

The theme of this research is the piano solo of Liszt’s Totentanz. The research includes four chapters, in which, Chapter One explains this research’s motivation, purpose, scope and method; Chapter Two explores the era of Romanticism, which affected Liszt’s creations; meanwhile, Liszt’s biographical data, the features of his creations are also discussed in this chapter, in addition, this chapter also investigates how Paganini, Chopin, and Berlioz produced impact on Liszt at the era; in Chapter Three, the creative background of Liszt’s Totentanz and the introduction of Dies Irae will be discussed, furthermore, in regard to the definition and development of Variations will be overviewed too in this chapter so as to study the Analysis of Composition and music interpretation of Totentanz; and lastly, in the fourth chapter, the conclusions are given to end the study.
