One to be really comfortable living in society, must be compromised four major domain which self-, groups, nature, and transcendent. Therefore, children's picture should also include these domains. Both self- and groups domain, approach to children's lives. Some studies analyzed that self- domain of picture books could be divided into self-awareness, self-place, self-development, and self-beyond. Exception of groups domain, the other domains were ignored for the reason of thesis design. The aim of this study was discussed picture books involving analysis of “groups” domain, and frameworks is the scope of 1999-2010 highlighted "good book we read", six chapters as follow: Chapter 1, introduction, which was described research background, motivation, purpose, issues, approaches, and related documentation explore in the study. Chapter 2, exploring of "groups domain" in the picture books, confirmed its scope and divided this term into the "people and the family", "man and schools", and "human and society"; bibliography of picture books also. Chapter 3, relationship between people and family, divided it into "parent-child", "brothers and sisters", and "other family members". However, there are a large number of picture books for "grandparent and grandchild", "brothers and sisters" is rare, "other family members" has none. Chapter 4, relationship between people and school, divided it into "teacher-student " and "classmates". There are more picture books for "classmates", "teachers and students" is rare. Chapter 5, relationship between human and society, also divided it into "people and the community" and "people and the state", and these books has high ratio. Chapter 6, conclusions, recommendations form summing up findings given above.
