本研究主要在瞭解一位注意力缺陷過動症兒童，在藝術治療介入過程中之表現，藝術治療對個案的影響以及介入後的轉變。藉由與個案進行八次藝術治療以及訪談資料回答。
研究方法以個案研究為主，藝術治療過程依循「問題界定」、「資料蒐集」、「分析與診斷」、「治療策略的實施」、「效果評估」五個步驟進行來回檢核修正直到治療效果達成，並以治療敘事分析法來進行個案分析。
研究結論整理如下：
一、影響個案之藝術治療療癒特性：(1)藝術創作過程，有助於情緒之宣洩；(2)藝術創作有助於建立關係；(3)藝術創作有助於使表達具體化；(4)圖像具體化有助於將議題再詮釋。
二、藝術治療後個案之轉變分為兩個部分：(1)在與導師的訪談中得知，個案在學習表現與同儕互動上有明顯的進步；(2) 在與母親的訪談內容中，得知個案在情緒控制上學習到較正向的方式宣洩情緒，情緒承受度增加，例如不再憤怒的塗畫客廳或房間牆壁，而改以畫紙代替。

研究者根據以上研究結果加以討論並提出建議，供實務工作者與未來研究之參考依據。

The study aimed at a child who has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder symptom performed during the time of Art therapy was intervened. In order to know how art therapy influenced the client, and understand the transformation made by the client, the data were analyzed based on 8 sessions of art therapy and interviews.
The research method was primarily with individual case (client), the therapy included five-step process which are: defining issues, collecting materials, analyzing and diagnosing, implementing strategies and the outcomes evaluating. These five steps would be carried out and fixed repeatedly until the effect of therapy was done, then analyzed the client with therapy narration method.
The main results of the study were as follows:
The effects of the art therapy characters are (1) the process of art therapy helps to have the catharsis on emotion, (2) the process of art therapy helps to decreased the defenses and builds well trusted relationship, (3) the process of art therapy helps to have the objectification, (4) the objective products helps to re-check and re-experience for the related subject.
Client has shown some changes as two parts after having art therapy: (1) understanding that client’s study performance and interpersonal interaction were specific advanced when having an interview with teacher, (2) when having an interview with mother, understand that the client learned how to control the emotion with positive behavior, increase the capability to carry the emotion, for instance, client did not paint the wall angrily but drew things on the paper instead

The researcher make a further discussion for above-mentioned points from this study. Also this study provide the suggestions for the practical executive and future coming researches.
