The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the professional learning communities and reflection competence of elementary school principals. The First Objective was to understand the current situations of the elementary school principals’ perceptions for principals’ professional learning communities and reflection competence. And the researcher used the “Questionnaire of the principals’ professional learning communities and reflection competence in elementary school” as research tools. The samples included 298 elementary school principals in New Taipei City, Taipei City, Keelung City, and Taoyuan Country. The valid samples recovery was 82%. These collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Peason’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and AMOS.
Based on the result of analysis and discussion, the main conclusions of the study are as follows:
1. The elementary school principals’ perceptions for principals’ professional learning communities are at the high degree.
2. The elementary school principals’ refletion competence is at the high degree.
