本研究欲探討回應式互動之實施,對語言發展遲緩兒童在詞彙量提昇情形,並瞭解語言發展遲緩兒童身邊重要成人—導師及家長使用回應式互動之心得與感想。
此研究以個案實驗設計模式,針對三位學前語言發展遲緩兒童進行研究。研究者採取回應式互動,配合三位受試者班級的語文活動內容設計110個詞彙,經二十週實驗介入後觀察受試者在理解性及表達性詞彙量進步情形。為促進兒童詞彙類化能力,實施情境主要於托兒所療育教室;受試者班級及其家庭以訪談方式進行類化能力之瞭解。語言導引者包括研究者、受試者教師及家長,針對目標詞彙進行回應式互動之介入。
資料蒐集以錄影機拍攝,由研究者進行評量受試者學習成效,研究資料使用目視分析法進行分析,輔以觀察紀錄所得的質性資料。本研究結果摘要如下:
一、回應式互動能提昇學前語言發展遲緩兒童詞彙習得能力。三位受試者在理解性詞及表達性詞彙量皆有不同程度之提昇。理解性詞彙平均提昇60個詞彙量,表達性詞彙則受個案能力及家庭支持而有不同結果。
二、回應式互動能促進語言導引者與兒童的動態互動,加速兒童詞彙使用及類化情形。
三、教師及家長對回應式互動提昇詞彙學習及類化溝通技巧具正向肯定。
This study aimed to investigate the effects of responsive interaction (RI) intervention on vocabulary learning and the generalization of three preschool children with language delay, and discover the impressions of these language facilatators, such as children’s teachers and parents.
A single-case experimental design was adopted, observing the amount of receptive and expressive vocabulary these children had learned. The twenty-week interventions were mainly conducted in the school by the researcher and preschool teachers. Data were documented via videotaping and further analyzed mainly by visual analysis. The major findings were summarized below:
1.Although there was variability in children’s outcomes, positive effects were observed for all children. The acquired receptive vocabulary increased more significantly than the expressive one.
2.RI intervention could improve the dynamic interaction between the language facilitators and the subjects, and accelerate children’s language development.
3.Teachers and parents were satisfied with the effects of RI intervention on the vocabulary learning and the generalized communication skills of their children.
