本研究旨於探究台灣藝術治療師在藝術治療中運用拼貼媒材的觀點，包括拼貼媒材在藝術治療歷程中的特質與功用及藝術治療師選用拼貼媒材的考慮因素。本研究透過半結構式深度訪談，訪談五位藝術治療師以蒐集研究資料，將訪談資料轉謄進行分析，呈現下述研究結果：
一、台灣藝術治療師認為可進行黏貼的藝術媒材皆稱為拼貼媒材，包括平面及立體的藝術媒材；而拼貼創作方式則是將拼貼媒材組合黏貼，也可結合其他繪畫媒材進行創作。
二、拼貼媒材在藝術治療中的特質與功用包括：(1)拼貼媒材容易操作且可降低 個案的焦慮；(2)拼貼媒材可連結個人感受並有助於個案的情緒表達；(3)個案透過拼貼創作過程覺察自我及獲得控制感和成就感；(4) 藉由拼貼媒材的共享以增進團體間人際互動。
三、藝術治療師在藝術治療歷程中使用拼貼媒材需考慮「個案歷程」、「藝術治療
　　師」、「藝術媒材」、「藝術治療環境」四個因素：
(1)個案歷程因素包括「個案」、「藝術治療/活動目標」及「治療歷程」。
(2)藝術治療師因素包括「藝術治療師的治療理念風格」及「藝術治療師的經驗」。
(3)藝術媒材因素包括「拼貼媒材選用考量」及「拼貼媒材來源」。
(4)藝術治療環境因素包括「藝術治療空間安排」、「藝術治療時間規畫」。

本研究依據研究結果針對藝術治療實務工作者及未來研究提出建議。
